Immune supression, may cause the bodies inner depression.. rag immune response system..

What if, we we’re able to tune in to the bodies inner adversity and somehow learn ourselves, how to reverse change the actual fuel in which started the fuel, in which fuelled the fuel to our chronic dis-ease..

I believe it maybe possible to learn ourselves a simple strategy, in which we could use as a tool, inorder so to help ourselves intervene and reverse change the fuel in which actually fuelled our chronic dis-ease..

What im saying here is, we could help learn ourselves a strategy to create a method, in which could help reverse change the actual fuel in which may have fuelled and created our chronic dis-ease, in the first place..

What if certain individual’s, unknowingly contain high amounts of negative fuel, in which is pump around there circulatory system..

High toxicity levels, may create or cause negative pressure points of weakness, within our circulatory system and over time, this negative fuel may infact cause pain or numbness, especially pain and numbness within the limbs, due to vascular dementia within the circulatory system..

What if increased level toxicity within the circulatory pathways caused pain..

These pathways could be the same pathways in which aspirin numb our pain..

Prune juice simply helped me recognise that i had a chemical synthetic immune system gut bowl malfunction, prune juice also helped me solve my intervention..

Wether or not my intervention work’s for you, as well as it does for me, i cannot answer..

What i would like to advise, is for you to try your own intervention by simply reducing all chemicals whether the are in your food or whether the are in your, everyday product’s..

Chemical free soaps..
Use natural deodorant.. in which do not contain aluminium.. etc

Use chemical free toothpaste.. In which does not contain fluoride..

fluoride is a bye product of aluminium..

Reduce sugar.. fizzy drinks, biscuits ets, as our bodies cannot regulate to much sugar.. chemical synthetic sugar substitute.. may only be adding to the initial intolerance..

Reduce already made meals and processed food..

A bag of rice goes a long way, jacket potatoes, salads, even chips, all vegetables, i used natural herbs, spice to flavour my food, pasta contains gluten, in which can also effect your immune response, i believe that gluten is a little alike chemicals or synthetics..

All chemical synthetic immune response towards against chemicals synthetics, add up as one, to create what i believe to be a chemical synthetic immune dis-ease within our gut..

Immune system gut bowl malfunction actually causes unaturally high level toxicity to build up and possibly enter within the circulatory system, i believe by reversing the immune system response towards against chemicals and synthetics, this may help replenish, reverse the wrong, beyond the gut..

This doesn’t just help change the fuel in which fuels the fuel, this may also help you take control of your chronic illness..

Our immune system should never have been treat as a one size fits all, especially when our bodies inner defence mechanism, could be genetically hereditary programmed, set in stone from birth..

A little of who actually made us is already part of our genetic make up..

A rag system.. red, amber, green..

Understanding your immune strain threshold, a rag system may hold the key to how we better understand why certain individual’s may suffer greater risk towards chemical synthetic overload..

If we can develop a good understanding..

A simple rag system, may help reveal a code, in which we could use inorder so we can better understand how the immune system struggles whilst trying to manage, chemical synthetic immune intolerance..

Red.. aggressive resistance.. heightened risk towards what could be responsible for why hereditary dis-ease forms itself within the body, beyond the gut..

Amber.. slightly less aggressive.. borderline..

Green.. little to no resistance towards against chemicals synthetics.. naturally healthier gut, before consuming food..

Immune system intolerance may force change, to how well the gut can provide sustainable healthy nutrition nutrients throughout the body, negative fuel i believe simply disturbs or damages the inner body and also our skin..

I believe if we change the fuel in which fuels dis-ease, we may learn ourselves to be a step closer to not only slowing down chronic pain, chronic dis-ease..

But a step closer to how chronic dis-ease may actually start to develop and slowly form itself within the body..

Understanding how our immune system is connected to within the gut is crucial, so we can help make change and prevent future generations, change the cycle to the revolving door to how chronic hereditary dis-ease develops..

I would also like to thank.. elganspo concinaitaly, whose sea food is, out of this world and for helping me understand that by swapping farm meat for small fish, anchovies, sardines, mackerel..

this has helped me reduce cardiovascular dis-ease..

My legs are full of energy again and more or less pain and numbness free, i feel ten year younger, amazing benifits, thanks again elanspo concinaitly, a fellow blogger..

large fish contain large amounts of mercury small fish contain little to no mercury..

Immune depression may actually cause, gut suppression..

Foods in which are natural and foods in which are prepared to how mother nature intended them to be, are crucial..

Natural food also helps allow our bodies to promote sustainable support, inorder to allow our body to stay active and in good shape..

Natural food also helps allow our body to be functionally better in control of itself and may help the body promote it’s natural functional side, so much better..

Natural food is good, but not good, good..

Natural food = good + No chemical synthetic immune supression = good good..

Inorder to create the second good, gut malfunction needs to be controlled..

To help our bodies vital organs keep itself in good shape and in natural rhythm and functionally (good good) we may need to help condition our guts a little, all around the clock, the healthier the gut, the better our gut can play its natural supporting role in supporting our bodies, beyond the gut..

healthy gut = superior support system in which helps the gut provide our body with naturally healthier sustainable nutrition nutrients needed to help support our bodies vital organs beyond the gut..

Ensuring your gut supports you, your body and your vital organs correctly, i believe the gut simply has to operate naturally and efficiently..

That means without anything that is getting in the way and suppressing your natural gut function..

I believe this allows our gut to break down the food in which we eat more effectively and naturally, in which also helps the bodies vital organs beyond the gut receive healthier nutrition nutrients from the food in which we eat, good gut health simply helps our body, make the most out of the food in which we eat..

Could the culture in which we live symomtamously be messing with our genetics, creating culture shock..

Immune supression = gut bowl malfuction..

Gut bowl malfunction = gut paralysis..

Gut paralysis creates unatural toxicity and unatural gases to build within the gut, in which i believe simply causes the gut to spasm and become bogged down and may symomtamously cut short the amount of healthy sustainable nutrients nutrition that is transferred from the gut to within our bodies vital organs beyond the gut..

This is why i believe it is so so important to protect our immune system from unatural chemical and synthetic intolerance, so we allow our gut to have good enough chance to naturally break down the food in which we eat, the gut simply has to be allowed to be at the top of it’s game..

Immune depression simply causes our bodies inner supression..

3 things about me

1.. I’ve struggled to cope through my struggles, just like so so many individual’s do in the modern world in which we all live in today..

I’ve somehow been blessed to learn how to develop a strategy, in which may reverse change the fuel in which fuels the fuel to the condition..

2.. i use to hate everyone and everything, because i didnt no what i was dealing with, back in the day..

I have simply learned myself, that i was fighting another fight, a fight from within myself, this other fight was simply dulling down my true natural self..

3. . I have come back from my struggles and learned how to reverse change the fuel in which fuels the fuel to the condition..

It’s been an incredible journey..

1. What is your real name? (Please list as many as possible; in my country, people use about 4 or 5 names, and probably more.

My name is.. craig michael white..

2. What is your country of birth?

I was born in little thorpe county durham England..

3. Do you believe in GOD?

Yes i do.. back in the day, when i nearly died, i simply didn’t want to die and i actually said this over and over again that night..

I have simply been on an incredible journey ever since..

There is far far to much life on this planet for all this life to be coincidence..

4. What are your thoughts regarding life after death?

Simply enjoy yourself while you can and take extreme procaution in how you manage the fuel in which fuels the fuel to within your body..

Death hopefully isn’t the end, but if it is then i simply want to allow other individual’s alike to fulfil there dreams by trying to allows individual’s alike to tune into my strategy..

5. Why do you blog?

I simply could not contain my strategy in which i have learned, any longer and i want to help support the right understanding for support for other’s alike..

Thank you.

My nominees for this award

Thank you so so much  (see jaynes run) For nominating me for this award..

I’ve came such a long way since i was a boy in the early 90s when i would go with me mum after school to visit my dad whilst he was ill in hospital..

I still remember taking home little smiley face souvenirs from when my dad had electroconvulsive shock treatment..

My dad worked on a farm when he was young and came into contact with a whole host of chemicals whilst on this farm..

I now believe these chemicals, in which my father came into dailey contact with may have been responsible for speeding up an already existing genetically hereditary immune system chronic condition..

I started this blog, not long after maybe the day after when the news broke, that my father had cancer, last year..

I have a great passion a burning desire to share my dossier of great knowledge, in which i have personally gained, whilst breaking down challenges throughout my own struggles and experiences, i simply would like to enable the right help to create the right intervention for what could be a natural treatment for a safe resolve..

1. What were the first symptoms you experienced?

Early onslaught or struggle with mood and disfunctional disorder or an unaturally dulled down suppressed awkward version of my true natural self..

2. Do you ever struggle getting out of bed in the morning and having to face a new day? If so, how do you manage that?

NO i dont struggle getting out of bed these days.. but i can remember back in the day of my struggles with ptsd, i couldn’t sleep and eventually when i did sleep, i would wake up in shock, as though i had just falling through the bed..

I believe inorder to break the code to my ptsd, i somehow had a race against time to solve and find my own intervention..

I’ve basically helped myself reduce toxicity, in which i believe has helped me stabilise myself, by possibly reversing the fuel in which may have started my condition in the first place..

I now believe the same fuel that fuelled the fuel to my ptsd, during shock, may well be the same fuel in which fuels the fuel to other chronic dis-ease and chronic pain conditions, beyond the gut..

3. Does your diet play a significant role in how you feel or manage your condition? If so, what foods are significant? What foods have you had to erase from your diet?

Yes my diet play’s a significant role because my body needs to take away goodness from the food in which i eat my body is then left to dispose the remainders of my food..

Unatural food and chemically enhanced food and drink, i believe simply speeds up our body clock, i believe this could be because the gut bowl tract simply cannot dispose disperse high level toxicity within time, before hightened levels of toxicity enter beyond the gut..

We need to understand how our immune system intolerance actually causes muscle spasm within the gut, relaxing gut muscle, i believe is crucial inorder so we can learn how to reduce unatural gasses and toxicity, before toxicity and unatural gasses actually enter beyond the gut..

I’ve swapped farm meat for small fish and i try to eat as much veg as possible..

I try my best to eat as little processed food as i can, i also stay well clear of hot sugary drinks, carbonated drinks, especially the sugar free stuff as i believe chemical substitute for sugar is only adding to the existing chemical synthetic intolerance..

Immune system gut bowl malfunction, actually changes how well the gut can brake down food and turn food to fuel..

I believe immune system gut bowl malfunction, can also increase unatural levels-of -toxicity in which then enters within the circulatory system, beyond the gut..

Chronic dis-ease and mood disorders i believe are illnesses that are probably caused as a result to damage within the circulatory system beyond the gut..

Immune system gut bowl malfunction, i believe maybe responsible for what simply fuels the fuel to the condition beyond the gut, if we learn how to put the actual fuel in which fuels the fuel to the condition in reverse, we may have the answers to what we need, to understand how to help prevent or control our chronic dis-ease and chronic pain..

4. What have you learned about yourself that you hope others with chronic illness will learn..

The gut supports the mind the body and the soul, if the gut is unhealthy..

The rest of the body slowly breaks..

Before i was aware i had an underlying condition, i would have to cope with the condition, i have now taken stock of the condition and turned the condition on it’s head..

5. How do you spend a typical day? What denotes a good day? Will you describe a bad day?

I drive a single car transporter at the moment, all over the uk..

this has allowed me to focus a little on my own resolve, im now simply trying to put the theory to my resolve into words..

Inorder, so i can try to help create better strategies, methods for a safe resolve for other’s alike..

6. How do you maintain your voice in the world

I maintain my voice by learning to tune into my bodies adversity, this allows me to be the very best version of my natural true self and has allowed me to cope and deal with the pressure in which the outside world throws my way..

My Questions:

1 Mental health shouldn’t be seen as a weakness, but if we could create a better understanding towards what actually fuels the fuel to the condition beyond the gut, could this understanding help create superior health care.. what do think..

2 chronic dis-ease breaks the body over time, what does this tell us..

3 could meds be naturally reinvented..

4 could the strengh in how an individual’s immune system responds to nasties, possibly be responsible for interfering with to how well the gut can naturally support power to within the mind the body and our soul’s..

5 what is the best theropy, that works for you..
