Give a brief story of how your blog started.

I started this blog because I’ve struggled myself, from such a young age and back in my early day’s i had no alternative other than to go with the flow of my conscious struggles..

I now understand my underlying struggles actually caused created my conscious struggles, which simply magnified negativity..

So what’s been created in our modern world is a divide which interferes with our children, certain children may try their best to develop through unatural strain.. it’s that simple..

My brain was juggling negative mood and emotions more and more, so by understanding how to work alongside my subconscious body..

I’ve simply learned how to eleviate strain in which develops within my subconscious self, which inturn naturally helps eleviate what can be an immense strain on my conscious self..

We manage our lives and the world around us through basically how well or ill equipped we feel from within one’self..

Negative mood and emotion is an after effect in which we wouldn’t feel if our subconscious body wasn’t struggling..

Negative mood emotions are simply a byproduct of our bodies underlying struggles and is what this blog focuses on..

How many individual’s go with the flow with the way there bodies self declines, or believe what worked for them will worked for someone else..

But to think the origin to our conscious strain lay’s trapped within the health of our subconscious body isn’t that mad after all folks..

Because our conscious self actually relies on our subconscious body to interact with feelings, so when we interfere with our subconscious body we simply further disrupt how we feel within our conscious self..

Conscious strain develops through damage which develops in our gut this damage forces strangulation of our gut which inturn causes gut depression and lowers our mood and emotion..

Which increases unatural feelings and also increases toxicity within the gut unatural toxicity which also may slowly enter the human body, all this is due to how vascular depression suppresses the damage within our gut..

So individual’s who have mental strain may actually use their brain whilst their body is suffering underlying strain which symomtamously interferes with the very best version of our true self.. it’s that simple..

My advice to new bloggers would be to find something which you are passionate about and follow your soul’s soul im sure you’ll find something within your heart and soul, which can eventually stand out to the wider audience..
